How they met
Taylor and Troy had known each other long enough that their friends stopped being surprised when they announced the engagement. What did surprise people was how long it took, and how much bigger the celebration felt because of it.
The day
This wedding was originally booked for December 2020. COVID had other ideas. By the time March 2021 arrived, the weight of a postponed year had turned into something that made the day feel earned.
The Views Werribee provided everything you’d want for a full day: ceremony space that catches the morning light cleanly, gardens that photograph well at every hour, and a reception room that holds warmth without effort.
Troy cried before Taylor reached him. She saw it from twenty metres away and laughed, which made him laugh, and by the time they were standing together neither of them was pretending to hold it together.
