These terms cover your use of the website. The terms governing a wedding booking — retainer, cancellation, delivery timelines, image usage, travel, force majeure — are set out in the separate Wedding Photography Contract you receive when you're ready to book.

1. Use of the site

You may browse, read, and share links to pages on this site. You must not:

Copy, reproduce, or republish site content (including photographs) without our written permission.
Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) in a way that interferes with the site's operation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
Misrepresent yourself (for example, submitting enquiries under a false identity).

2. Intellectual property

All photographs, written content, design, and branding on this site are © Eclipse Media Photography and are protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Individual wedding galleries may include images subject to specific licensing arrangements with the couples photographed. Those images are not available for use by third parties without written permission from both Eclipse Media Photography and the couple.

The Eclipse Media and Eclipse Media Photography names and any associated logos may not be used without our written permission.

3. Enquiries and bookings

The contact form on this site collects your details so we can reply to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry is not a booking and does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when a signed Wedding Photography Contract is in place and the retainer has been received.

Until a contract is signed, any discussion of pricing, packages, dates, or coverage is provisional and non-binding on either party.

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranties about its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Pricing, availability, inclusions, and package details shown on the site may change without notice. The details that apply to your wedding are those set out in your signed contract.

5. Links to other sites

This site may link to third-party sites (Instagram, Google Business Profile, vendors we've worked with). We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Eclipse Media Photography is not liable for any loss or damage — direct or indirect — that results from your use of this site or reliance on information it contains.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
